Carlson’s crew apparently found a different account of what happened leading up to the January 6th rebellion on Capitol Hill after examining hundreds of hours of film. The New York Post alleges that members of the committee overseeing these broadcasts altered quiet CCTV video by inserting audio and choosing certain sections in order to create a “divisive narrative” rather than offering a balanced viewpoint despite having access to the same material.
âThereâs no sugarcoating what happened that day: J6 was shocking and violent in parts. It remains a stain on the nation, but it was not an âinsurrectionâ or a âterroristâ attack,â the Post wrote. âIt was not the âgreatest threatâ to American democracy since the Civil War, as Joe Biden claims. It was not worse than 9/11. The only people who died that day were Trump supporters.â
