In yet another display of left-wing theatrics, radical Democrats led by Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) attempted to storm the Department of Education on Friday, outraged over President Trump’s bold move to dismantle the failing institution. Their desperate stunt was met with resistance from security personnel, sparking a meltdown from Waters and her entourage, who resorted to bullying tactics and outrageous comparisons to historical injustices.
Footage from the chaotic scene showed Waters and several Democrat lawmakers aggressively demanding entry into the building. Security officers stood their ground, denying them access. This prompted some of the Democrats to absurdly compare the officers to segregationists from the Jim Crow era. At one point, an agitated Waters even questioned if the guards were armed and whether they would shoot the demonstrators.

Federal officers soon arrived to reinforce security, preventing the situation from escalating further. One lone guard, undeterred by the Democrats’ intimidation tactics, successfully kept the unruly lawmakers from breaching the premises.
