In a desperate plea to salvage the Left’s crumbling influence, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has floated the idea of launching a rogue “shadow government” to oppose President Trump’s commonsense move to protect America’s elections.

Speaking at a recent town hall in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Walz appeared visibly agitated as he pitched what can only be described as an unofficial resistance network — complete with its own press briefings — designed to counter the duly elected administration.

“I don’t know what the answer is on this, but I’m kind of—I’ve been saying this: I think we need a shadow government, so when all these things come up every single day, we’ve got an alternate press conference telling the truth about what things are happening, tell them what’s going on,” Walz said.
That’s not a gaffe — it’s a blueprint.
The governor’s comments weren’t made in passing. He was actively campaigning for Judge Susan Crawford, a left-wing ideologue cloaked in judicial robes, vying for a seat on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court. Her election could tip the scales in favor of Democrats, giving them the power to redraw congressional districts and potentially rig the House map in their favor by 2026.
