Newly released video footage is raising serious questions about early narratives surrounding the fatal shooting of a man by federal immigration agents during a volatile confrontation in Minneapolis over the weekend.

The incident, which quickly sparked outrage among activist groups and left wing media outlets, is now being viewed in a very different light as additional video angles surface showing the man at the center of the encounter appearing to instigate the violence that ultimately led to his death.
The footage was first highlighted by conservative commentator Colin Rugg, who shared the video on X and described what appears to be the sequence of events that unfolded moments before gunfire erupted.
“New footage has been released from the fatal Minneapolis shooting where a 37-year-old man was shot by federal agents,” Rugg posted on X.
“The man appeared to grab someone who had been pushed over before he was tackled to the ground by agents. The Department of Homeland Security says the man had a gun,” Rugg said.
