The opinions of society concerning sexual conduct and adultery have significantly changed in just 30 years. Tucker Carlson, who was recently fired from Fox News, notes that something that was once seen as a bar to running for president is now close to being accepted as just another aspect of our society. Participate in the discussion about this interesting subject.
According to recent study by The Wall Street Journal, Stanford University, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Instagram’s algorithms are the perfect place for pedophiles to meet and converse, Carlson said in a monologue. Given the tremendous threats it poses to our children’s safety and wellbeing, this issue demands our immediate response.

“Pedophiles have long used the internet, but unlike the forums and file-transfer services that cater to people who have interest in illicit content, Instagram doesn’t merely host these activities,” the Journal reported Wednesday. “Its algorithms promote them.
The Journal and the academic researchers discovered that Instagram links pedophiles and directs them to material vendors using recommendation systems that are excellent at connecting people with similar niche interests.
“The sexualized profiles on Instagram are brazen about their desire, despite being hidden from view for the majority of users of the platform. Researchers discovered that Instagram made it possible for users to look up explicit hashtags like #pedowhore and #preteensex and connected them to accounts that used those terms to promote the sale of child sex products.
“Such accounts often claim to be run by the children themselves and use overtly sexual handles incorporating words such as ‘little slut for you.’”
The parent company of Instagram, Meta, has shut down 27 pedophile networks in the last two years and has plans to shut down more.
“Since receiving the Journal queries, the platform said it has blocked thousands of hashtags that sexualize children, some with millions of posts, and restricted its systems from recommending users search for terms known to be associated with sex abuse,” the Journal said. “It said it is also working on preventing its systems from recommending that potentially pedophilic adults connect with one another or interact with one another’s content.”
According to Carlson, Instagram’s response to this disgusting stuff shows how far our culture has fallen into depravity.

The speaker made it clear that the activity was intentional and intended to take influence over people’s minds as well as their actions, just like a deity might. He highlighted that in order to exercise this level of authority, one must be an expert in societal norms and customs.
“A taboo is something that by popular consensus is not allowed,” the former Fox News host said. “A taboo may not be illegal, but it doesn’t need to be. Over time, social prohibitions are more powerful and more enduring than laws. Societies are defined by what they will not permit — as are, famously, religions.”
Carlson draws attention to the unnaturally quick emergence of our culture’s taboos.
Let’s think about the first phase of our 42nd president’s campaign.
“As recently as the 1992 presidential campaign, adultery was considered disqualifying for anyone seeking higher office. Bill Clinton was very nearly derailed in the New Hampshire primary by his affair with Gennifer Flowers,” Carlson said. “Clinton went to elaborate lengths to lie about the relationship because he had no choice.”
Personal inquiries concerning a candidate’s character were deemed unimportant during Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign. As a result, more taboos were disregarded, such as drug use, theft, smug hypocrisy, and financial exploitation.
All of these activities were once viewed as improper in America, according to Carlson. “No longer. Therefore, it probably shouldn’t come as a surprise to us that the most controversial topic of all, child molestation, is on the verge of being acceptable.
“A generation ago, talking to someone else’s children about sex was widely considered grounds for a thrashing. Touching them sexually was effectively a death penalty offense,” stated the former Fox News personality.
“When Jeffrey Dahmer was bludgeoned to death in the bathroom of a Wisconsin prison in 1994, the Milwaukee district attorney had to caution the public not to turn Dahmer’s killer into a folk hero,” he noted. “Jeffrey Dahmer had molested and murdered children. People felt justified in celebrating his death.”
Despite the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was acting in self-defense, the media depicted him as the bad guy for repelling an attack from a known child abuser. Joseph Rosenbaum, although having a criminal record, was unfairly made the victim. Unfortunately, Rittenhouse was charged with murder despite acting in self-defense while still a minor.
“One of the things that this tells us is the people who run our country no longer see child molesters as the worst among us.”
The Black Lives Matter movement made a martyr out of anyone it deemed a soldier for its cause, regardless of their past transgressions (Rosenbaum was found guilty of having sex with a minor in Arizona in 2002), so one could argue that there were some gray areas in the Rittenhouse case, but there was none in the Instagram case — or there shouldn’t have been, anyway.
Carlson noticed that the Meta-owned social networking platform’s algorithm was recommending to its users awful and unpleasant terms like “incest toddlers.”
“By the way, no one at Instagram denied that any of this had happened,” Carlson noted. “Nor did Mark Zuckerberg, who controls the company. The Journal story was accurate. It was all pretty shocking — but not as shocking as what happened next.”
The incident wasn’t followed by any action. Neither the Department of Justice nor Congress responded right away with any inquiries or dismissals. The problem was still unresolved.
Adam Mosseri is still the CEO of Instagram, despite recent allegations to the contrary. It is significant, though, that he hasn’t responded to the Journal’s allegation. The tweet he posted from May 31st that explains Instagram’s algorithm is much more intriguing. This tweet does not favor him or his business, given the implications of the Journal’s story.
“We’ll often talk about ‘the algorithm.’ But there is no one algorithm for Instagram; there are many algorithms and ranking processes we use to try to personalize the experience to make it as interesting as we can for each and every person who uses Instagram,” in the video, the head of Instagram said.
“We believe in this idea of personalization — what you’re interested in and what I’m interested in is different, and so your Instagram and my Instagram should be different.”
Right: Carlson said, “You’re interested in kids. “That is why you receive so many posts about incestuous toddlers. It’s a very individualized experience.
Of course, everyone at Instagram — in fact, everyone in power everywhere — will continue to assert that they believe child molestation to be wrong. But it’s clear that the tone has altered.
“When they say it’s bad, they mean it in a kind of abstract way, bad like a civil war in central Africa is bad. You wouldn’t prefer it, but there are reasons it happens. That’s why we now refer to pedophiles as ‘minor-attracted persons,’ because honestly, who can judge?” Carlson said.
“These people are a sexual minority, so pause before you attack them. And in any case, it’s not like pedophiles are barging into the Capitol building to sit in Nancy Pelosi’s chair or asking uncomfortable questions about the last election.”
While President Joe Biden spoke about the alleged danger of “white supremacy,” a former Fox News personality notes that the term’s definition is still vague. Unspoken “wokeness” codes can also have serious emotional, professional, and legal repercussions.
Carlson concludes by stating that we need to protect our taboos and stop the left from changing their traditional meanings. Let’s avoid falling down this dangerous slope.
His point of view was that the taboos unconnected to social justice had always existed. These standards came about as a result of common experiences and intuition, two of life’s most reliable compass points. They have a reason for existing, and they still do.
Despite the constant hectoring from the authorities, Carlson added, “Our job at this point is to protect them.” You understand the fundamentals of right and wrong. The knowledge of them is innate.
“So don’t let them talk you out of what you can smell. Don’t let them rationalize away your intuitive, moral sense. Cling to your taboos like your life depends on them — because it does. Cherish and protect them like family heirlooms. That’s exactly what they are.”
The fact that Carlson is no longer affiliated with Fox News has thrilled his followers.
We must respect cultural taboos since they have a significant impact on our daily lives. Negative effects will keep happening if we don’t do this.
Major corporations and school libraries will keep sexualizing kids. One day we’ll wake up and, poof, the taboo will have virtually been engineered away; “minor-attracted persons” will continue to be a phrase more and more of us use until it replaces “pedophile.”
Bill Clinton’s fabrication of his adultery in 1992 was essential to his victory. However, it’s possible that such revelations won’t cause much of a stir in 2024.
It is critical to spend some time and reflect on the truth of the Instagram algorithm findings before determining their significance.
