Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has escalated his public break with President Donald Trump, arguing that Trump should be removed from office immediately over concerns surrounding the administration’s nuclear policy toward Iran.
Carlson made the extraordinary demand Friday during an extended interview with Joe Kent, a former director of the National Counterterrorism Center who resigned from the Trump administration over opposition to the war with Iran.
The interview carried the provocative title, “LEAKED: Pentagon Nuclear Plans Prove the US Is Out of Options,” while one section was bluntly titled, “Should Trump Be Impeached?”
