Trump’s Warning: What’s China Got on Biden?

National security specialists in the United States are concerned about China’s recent activities. Some contend that Xi Jinping, as claimed by former president Donald Trump, has damaging information about Vice President Joe Biden.

Trump said that Beijing treated his government with “respect” during an interview on Lou Dobbs’ “The Great America Show” on Monday. Under Biden’s administration, this respect has obviously been gone.

China and Cuba are negotiating to build a permanent base near the US coast. According to a recent report, China and Cuba are in talks about establishing a permanent Chinese military training site within 100 miles from the United States. The Biden administration is aggressively trying to dissuade Cuba from moving through with this development and to resist Beijing’s influence, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The Journal published a story on a recent meeting between Antony Blinken, Biden’s secretary of state, and Chinese government representatives.

A significant new development has occurred less than two weeks after the Journal’s article on a covert pact between China and Cuba. As part of their enormous worldwide military expansion known as “Project 141,” the Chinese government is now constructing an electronic listening facility on the island.

“They didn’t treat us like they treat these people [the Biden administration] the way they lecture us and tell us they laugh at our people, our representatives, but in particular, they laugh at our president,” According to Just the News, the leading GOP presidential contender for 2024 told Dobbs on Monday.

Understanding Trump’s viewpoint on Biden’s compromised position: The Lack of Respect.

“Obviously, there’s got to be something that they have because … how does a man allow China to move that military to Cuba?” the previous president enquired.

“Cuba essentially is being taken over by the Chinese 90 miles off our coast, by the way,” he said. “And they’re building all sorts of military installations, and nobody even talks about it.”

Actually, the White House does discuss it. And, like the Chinese surveillance balloon that passed over much of the continental United States earlier this year, the administration’s opinion may be summed up as follows: “No big deal. And by the way, it all happened under Trump’s watch, anyhow.”

“This is an issue that this administration inherited,” the White House stated in an email to The Washington Post in response to a report that was published on June 10.

“It was our assessment that, despite awareness of the basing efforts and some attempts to address this challenge in the past administration, we were not making enough progress and needed a more direct approach.”

Biden has been in charge of everything, even the difficult Afghan exit that the Chinese have taken advantage of.

“We surrendered and they kept $85 billion worth of the best equipment in the world, tanks and planes and everything else. And they … killed our soldiers,” China, according to Trump, has filled the gap.

“And now China is occupying Bagram [Air Base], which I said would happen,” the former president added. “One of the largest Air Force bases anywhere in the world … And we left … It’s one hour away from where they make … their nuclear weapons. So you see all these things. It’s so sad.”

According to reports, the Chinese may have thought about taking over Bagram Air Base.

According to the Daily Mail, Chinese military aircraft were seen arriving in the United Kingdom in 2021.

The Salaam Times, a publication supported by U.S. Central Command, said in May 2022 that a “recent report circulating online that Chinese military trainers have been deployed to Bagram Airforce Base has raised concerns among Afghans already skeptical of increasing Chinese interest in the country.”

Even the left-leaning CNN acknowledged that the Chinese seized control of the meeting between the two parties last month.

“There was an almost scolding tone from the Chinese president to Secretary Blinken in advance of their meeting, in which he said something along the lines of, ‘I hope you, Secretary Blinken, and America, will do more to improve the relationship,’” In a report on June 19, host Jim Sciutto made a note.

“Clearly, putting the onus on the U.S., and therefore implying that it’s the U.S. that has been the problem here.”

Only sources with a liberal leaning were used to compile this information.

The editorial board of the conservative National Review remarked that while Blinken obtained nothing from Beijing, “what Team Biden has given up just to get Blinken in the room for a 35-minute meeting with Xi is far more significant.”

“Reports say that the State Department is slow-walking several key measures responding to Beijing’s misbehavior,” the editorial on June 20 said.

“They also indicate that in order to secure the meeting the administration has declined to release the results of the FBI’s probe into the contents of the Chinese military-surveillance device that the PLA floated over several key U.S. bases in February,” it said. “The Biden administration’s response to the spy-balloon incident still irks Chinese officials who prefer, obviously, to sweep it under the rug.”

Is Beijing harboring animosity for Biden as Trump claimed? Not exactly. However, China could be able to gain from even the smallest whiff of wrongdoing.

The Biden administration has long been troubled by Hunter Biden’s relationship with the Chinese energy giant CEFC. They had been struggling with this problem long before Hunter Biden’s laptop’s contents were made public.

Trump’s accusations could be true to some extent.

This might also be interpreted as a last-ditch effort on the part of the administration to repair ties with China, Iran, Afghanistan, and other geopolitical enemies. Hunter doesn’t appear to have visited Tehran regularly when his father was as vice president, at least not in our records. It’s possible that the absence of alcohol and prostitutes in that region of the world reduced its allure for him. To re-enter the damaging nuclear agreement made by previous President Barack Obama, the White House was even ready to let Iran take advantage of us.

Contrasting significantly with how it treats allies, the Biden administration has shown an unanticipated amount of accommodativeness towards America’s enemies.

Conservatives are highly motivated to get Trump removed from office right away. For a variety of reasons, any of the GOP contenders would be a significantly better option than the incumbent president.
