President Donald Trump is rolling out a new initiative aimed at encouraging illegal aliens to leave the United States voluntarily, promising free travel and financial bonuses as part of a broader self-deportation effort.
In a video posted to his Truth Social account, Trump announced the signing of an executive order that offers illegal immigrants the chance to secure a “free flight” back to their home countries if they choose to leave on their own.
“Today, I signed an Executive Order to launch the first-ever self-deportation program. Illegal aliens who stay in America face punishments, including—sudden deportation, in a place and manner solely of our discretion. TO ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS: BOOK YOUR FREE FLIGHT RIGHT NOW!” the president wrote in the caption accompanying his video.
Trump emphasized the simplicity of the process, noting that illegal aliens can simply arrive at an airport and receive a ticket out of the United States. “We are making it as easy as possible for illegal aliens to leave America. Any illegal alien can simply show up at an airport and receive a free flight out of our country,” he said in the video.
