Speculation is swirling across social media after an unverified report surfaced Monday suggesting President Donald Trump could use his upcoming primetime address to make a dramatic announcement involving Georgia’s two Democratic U.S. senators.
The report has spread rapidly online, fueling widespread discussion ahead of Trump’s nationally televised speech. However, as of now, the claim has not been confirmed by the White House, President Trump, or any federal agency.
According to the circulating report, which cites what it describes as a “well-placed source in Georgia,” Trump is expected to declare that Sens. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are “illegitimate because of fraud” during his Thursday evening address to the nation.
