Despite the song’s unpopularity with leftists, country artist Carly Tefft happily sang the national anthem at Trump’s rally in New Hampshire. She received criticism from supporters of the cancel-culture after her performance, and as a result, she lost her career in the music business.

The 18-year-old singer Carly expressed her surprise and dismay in a radio interview with Boston’s Howie Carr. She disclosed that a venue with which she had been working for seven years suddenly told her she was no longer welcome. “There hasn’t been a time I’ve actually been banned from my work,” Tefft told Carr. “This is a first for me.”
Tefft is a talented artist who has joyfully performed the national anthem on a variety of big and little events. She has performed in front of famous crowds at places like the Boston Marathon, Fenway Park, and TD Garden, among others. She has performed at numerous small, intimate venues, such as the Harvest Gallery in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in addition to these well-known places.
Because Tefft was considered a “threat” by some, Harvest Gallery decided to cancel her performances.
The Massachusetts-born musician considered the opportunity to take the stage at a presidential rally to be of the utmost importance. She excitedly accepted the invitation to sing from the Trump team and was looking forward to the experience.
“Still, this was an opportunity to bring people together with the National Anthem by a former president,” she explained. “For me, that’s full of positives.”

Tefft claims that the manager of the Harvest Gallery described Carr’s performance as “controversial” and voiced fear that Carr’s singing might intimidate the gallery’s delicate patrons.
Then, this madman on the left interrogated her, saying, “Ultimately, I simply have to know. Do you back Donald Trump?”
Tefft has noted that her concentration continues to be on music rather than politics, despite being none of his business. Notably, she has never given Trump her support.
“Truth be told,” she said she told the man, “The only person I wholeheartedly support is God. This was an opportunity to bring people together with the National Anthem by a former president.”
According to reports, the politicized poltroon said, “I think it’s best for my customer base if we go ahead and cancel your performances for the rest of the year.”
Tefft was told by a specific person during a conversation with Carr that having her perform in his bar was equivalent to publishing obscene material. Tefft was perplexed by the comparison and asked how performing the national anthem at a gathering could possibly be compared to pornography. The leftist bar owner was threatened with termination by Facebook despite the fact that her page had no political content after declaring her intention to attend a Trump rally. “They restricted my page shortly before the rally. I don’ know why! It’s almost like someone told them I’d be there or something!” she gave an explanation of her recent Facebook posting absence.

“I thought, this is just me. I’m cool with it. But what it actually represents, I’m not cool with. My kids one day, just because they go to one church or like one person or support one team, if they can’t work somewhere, that’s not okay,” she told Carr.
