Everyone is in awe of Donald Trump’s startling response to a federal judge.
Tanya Chutkan, an Obama supporter and judge, is presiding over the trial of special counsel Jack Smith’s politically motivated prosecution of Trump for his challenge to the results of the 2020 election.
Smith sought to stifle Trump’s right to free expression by putting him under a gag order. This ruling was intended to limit Trump’s capacity to counter political criticism of the case during his campaign.
Trump is being attacked twice as he is caught in a pincer maneuver.
By her acts, Judge Chutkan has suggested that she is prepared to support the Biden administration and that she may silence Biden’s biggest political rival in the 2024 election. She even threatened to speed up the trial in order for Smith to obtain a conviction when it would be most convenient for Biden.
“I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,” Chutkan declared. “I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.”
“Even arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel, if they can be reasonably interpreted to intimidate witnesses or to prejudice potential jurors, can threaten the process,” Chutkan added. “The more a party makes inflammatory statements about this case which could taint the jury pool . . . the greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly.”
A reporter questioned President Trump about Chutkan’s choice to abide by Smith’s gag order when he was visiting the Iowa State Fair.

“Do you plan to comply with the judge’s order governing the latest indictment?” Reporter questioned Trump.
Trump vehemently disagreed with the decision and promised to have his legal staff carefully examine it. He harshly condemned the entire procedure, branding it a political fraud that Joe Biden had engineered to win his reelection.
“We’ll have to take a look at the order,” Trump responded. “The whole thing is a fake. it was put out by Biden. And they put it out because they can’t win an election the fair way.”
“It’s all called election interference,” Trump concluded. “Biden put it out because he can’t win the fair way. He’s way down in the polls.”
