Trump switches gears as the 2024 election approaches and moves his campaign headquarters from Mar-a-Lago to Bedminster, New Jersey.

A moving Memorial Day speech was broadcast on Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform, but not without criticism.

The 76-year-old former president urged Americans to battle against the “terrorists, misfits, and lunatic thugs” who he said were trying to ruin the country in his attention-grabbing, all-caps outburst on Monday morning.

“BUT ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO GAVE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR THE COUNTRY THEY LOVE, AND TO THOSE IN LINE OF A VERY DIFFERENT, BUT EQUALLY DANGEROUS FIRE, STOPPING THE THREATS OF THE TERRORISTS, MISFITS AND LUNATIC THUGS WHO ARE WORKING FEVERISHLY FROM WITHIN TO OVERTURN AND DESTROY OUR ONCE GREAT COUNTRY, WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN IN GREATER PERIL THAN IT IS RIGHT NOW,” he wrote in caps.

“WE MUST STOP THE COMMUNISTS, MARXISTS AND FASCIST ‘PIGS’ AT EVERY TURN AND, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he declared.

During a virtual court session in New York City, Judge Juan Merchen issued a severe warning to former President Donald Trump. Trump was warned by the court not to divulge information about his 34-count indictment, and the trial date was set for March 25, 2024, which falls on the same day as the Republican Party’s primary elections. It’s critical for Trump to keep any evidence that his legal team gathers during the discovery process private.

In a sharp blue suit, Trump made an appearance on camera from his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, with his arms crossed. He quickly acknowledged that he had received the protection order by saying, “Yes, I do.”

Trump is no longer permitted to publish anything on websites like Truth Social, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube without first receiving permission from the judge.

Trump has been forbidden from disclosing any private information or proof provided by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The sole sharing of public content will be permitted under the protective order. The legal team for Donald Trump is against the order because they feel it would severely and unusually restrict the rights of a prominent candidate for president.
