New York City could be on the verge of falling into far-left chaos.
A radical activist-turned-politician is gaining momentum in the race for mayor, and President Donald Trump isn’t staying silent.
In a scathing rebuke, Trump blasted Democrat candidate Zohran Mamdani, calling him “a total nut job” and warning the country that NYC may soon be led by a “pure true communist.”
Zohran Mamdani, a Democrat state assemblyman from Queens and proud member of the Democratic Socialists of America, is pitching himself as the next progressive savior of New York City. But his policies are so far-left, even moderate Democrats are reportedly nervous.
Mamdani refuses to condemn extremist slogans like “Globalize The Intifada,” and that was the final straw for President Trump.
