Former President Donald Trump lit up Truth Social with one of his strongest declarations yet, promising to wipe out nearly every executive action authorized under Joe Biden if it was stamped with the infamous autopen. Trump’s post set off shockwaves across Washington as he accused Biden of allowing staff to sign major decisions without him—something he says violates both tradition and the law.
Trump didn’t mince words. He stated flatly, “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92 percent of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect,” according to The Dallas Express. He added that, “The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.”
He escalated further in another message, saying, “I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury.”
