In yet another display of escalating tensions on college campuses, a transgender activist at UC Berkeley threw tomato juice at conservative students during a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) event. The incident, which was caught on camera, took place while the group was tabling and engaging in discussions about parental rights and opposition to child sex changes.
The TPUSA table was staffed by parental rights advocate Harrison Tinsley and Chloe Cole, a young woman who once identified as transgender but has since detransitioned. Now a strong advocate against child sex changes, Cole has gained national attention for her outspoken stance on protecting children from irreversible medical procedures.

The incident was brought to the public’s attention when Chloe Cole posted photos of the activist on X (formerly known as Twitter). She described the chaotic scene in her post, writing, “You still can’t change your gender, and you can’t expect me to believe someone like this is mature enough to make life-changing decisions.” Cole’s post included images of the activist and the aftermath of the attack, which left one of the TPUSA chapter members and his MacBook covered in tomato juice.
