The former acting ICE Director, often dubbed the “Border Czar,” was on stage at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida, delivering a fiery defense of immigration enforcement and President Trump’s border crackdown. But in the middle of his speech, a liberal protester decided he’d try to embarrass Homan with a cheap shot.
