In a stunning show of support for stronger border enforcement, thousands of retired law enforcement officers, military veterans, and former border agents are volunteering to assist the incoming Trump administration with its ambitious mass deportation initiative. The effort, led by newly appointed “Border Czar” Thomas Homan, marks a pivotal moment in America’s immigration policy.
During an interview on Fox and Friends Monday, Homan, a former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), revealed the overwhelming response to his new role. “I shut my phone off Friday night because I couldn’t handle the phone calls, and texts and emails from thousands of ICE agents and border patrol agents excited about the rumor I’m coming back,” Homan said.
