Donald Trump wasted no time in making his intentions clear. In a bold announcement on Truth Social, Trump declared that Brown was out.
“I want to thank General Charles ‘CQ’ Brown for his over 40 years of service to our country, including as our current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a fine gentleman and an outstanding leader, and I wish a great future for him and his family,” Trump stated.
But Brown’s record speaks for itself. In the wake of George Floyd’s death, Brown made it clear where he stood, echoing leftist narratives about systemic racism in America. In a video posted to social media, Brown claimed he was overwhelmed with emotion, not just over Floyd but for “the many African Americans that suffered the same fate.”
“I’m thinking about protests in my country ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, the equality expressed in our declaration of independence, in the Constitution, that I’ve sworn my adult life to support and defend,” Brown said.
Trump saw enough. His goal is clear—restore the military to what it should be: a fighting force focused on defending America, not a testing ground for social experiments.
With Brown out, Trump turned to someone who embodies real military leadership—Air Force Lieutenant General Dan “Razin” Caine. Trump described Caine as a fearless leader and a true warfighter.
“Today, I am honored to announce that I am nominating Air Force Lieutenant General Dan ‘Razin’ Caine to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Caine is an accomplished pilot, national security expert, successful entrepreneur, and a ‘warfighter’ with significant interagency and special operations experience,” Trump declared.

Trump highlighted Caine’s pivotal role in wiping out ISIS, a victory that stunned the so-called military experts.
“During my first term, Razin was instrumental in the complete annihilation of the ISIS caliphate. It was done in record-setting time, a matter of weeks. Many so-called military ‘geniuses’ said it would take years to defeat ISIS. General Caine, on the other hand, said it could be done quickly, and he delivered,” Trump said.
Biden refused to recognize true military talent. Despite Caine’s qualifications and experience, he was passed over for promotion by the Biden administration. Trump sees this as yet another failure in Biden’s disastrous handling of the military. Now, he’s correcting that mistake.
“Despite being highly qualified and respected to serve on the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the previous administration, General Caine was passed over for promotion by Sleepy Joe Biden. But not anymore! Alongside Secretary Pete Hegseth, General Caine and our military will restore peace through strength, put America First, and rebuild our military,” Trump stated.
With Biden gone and Trump taking charge, America’s military is on track to regain its strength. The days of woke policies and social experiments are numbered, and the focus is shifting back to what matters—defending the nation and ensuring American dominance on the global stage.
