The holidays are usually a time when families slow down, reconnect, and enjoy classic traditions that have been passed down for generations. Most folks gather around the same kind of dishes their parents and grandparents made — especially on Thanksgiving.
But, as usual, Hollywood feels the need to be different.
This time, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are offering another peek into how the entertainment elite celebrates the holidays. And if you thought celebrity traditions were strange before, buckle up — this one takes the cake.
The couple sat down for an interview with People Magazine during Amazon’s Home for the Holidays event in New York City, and what Teigen revealed about their Thanksgiving routine had regular Americans scratching their heads.
Most families enjoy turkey once a year and move on with their lives. Not the Teigen-Legend household. According to Teigen, she avoids the bird altogether.
