Supreme Court Just Sided With Trump!

In a landmark ruling that could reshape the fight over illegal immigration, the U.S. Supreme Court handed former President Donald Trump’s administration a massive legal victory, siding with efforts to undo one of President Joe Biden’s most controversial immigration programs.

In a 7-2 decision, the high court ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s right to terminate temporary protected status (TPS) for approximately half a million migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela—migrants who were allowed entry under a Biden-era initiative heavily criticized by Republicans as a backdoor to amnesty.

Conservative commentator Charlie Kirk wasted no time praising the outcome. “HUGE win,” he posted on X, echoing the sentiment of many conservatives who have long argued that Biden’s immigration policies openly reward unlawful entry into the United States.

Liberal Dissent Crumbles Under Majority Ruling

Predictably, the liberal wing of the court was not pleased. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, joined by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, issued a scathing dissent that veered more into emotional rhetoric than constitutional analysis.
