‘Squad’ Democrat Under Fire for Alleged Terror Ties

A new briefing from a nonpartisan research and policy group is raising serious alarm bells over Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib, warning of “serious ethical and national security concerns” linked to her connections with individuals and organizations tied to designated foreign terrorist groups.

“The conduct of Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, including her rhetoric, affiliations, campaign infrastructure, and ideological alignment with certain individuals and organizations, raises serious concerns about potential risks to the ethical and institutional integrity of the United States government,” the report declares.

The report comes from the advocacy and policy branch of the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy. It paints a troubling picture, outlining what it calls a “recurring pattern” in Tlaib’s behavior that, according to the authors, demonstrates ideological sympathy for radical movements. This includes attending events with convicted terrorists and directing campaign funds toward activists tied to Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

Digging deeper into Tlaib’s campaign finances, the briefing alleges her operation funneled nearly $600,000 between 2020 and 2025 to a consulting firm called Unbought Power, led by Rasha Mubarak. The report suggests these funds went to anti-Israel activists.
