SOROS SHOCKER: DA Bragg Releases NYPD Attackers, Blames Lack of Evidence!

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is embroiled in controversy after he was accused of releasing suspects connected to a vicious attack on NYPD officers that was allegedly paid for by Soros.

USA First Reporting earlier this week reported on a violent altercation near a migrant center in the bustling Times Square area.

When seven of the thirteen suspected attackers are taken into custody and accused of assaulting an officer, controversy and worry are raised. Law enforcement and the public are questioning the release of the remaining suspects without posting bail.

Assault charges have been brought against five attackers, who are between the ages of 19 and 24: Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, Jhoan Boada, Yorman Reveron, Juarez Wilson, and Kelvin Servat Arocha.

Yohenry Brito, 24, and Jandry Barros, 21, are two more suspects who have been detained and charged with felony robbery and assault. At Rikers Island right now, Yohenry Brito is the only person detained. Both suspects were freed without posting bail despite being nationals of Venezuela who were living in migrant shelters in the city and having no family ties to the area. According to recent reports, these people have since left the city.

After being let out of court, two suspects brazenly disrespected the media by flipping them off.

DA Bragg avoids answering questions from reporters by turning away and not answering them.

“What made those migrants free to go? As he hurried to get into a car that was ready to take him away, a reporter questioned Bragg.

“Do you regret it? Do you regret letting these migrants free?” the reporter asked.

During the press conference, Bragg defends his actions, stressing the significance of charging the appropriate people based on the evidence that is currently available.

“While the video is shocking and disturbing, in order to secure convictions in the court of law, it is essential that we conclusively identify each defendant.”

“In Manhattan, we don’t tolerate or accept assaults on police officers. I watched the tape this week. Despicable behavior. It sickened me and outraged me,” the DA claimed.

A contentious incident reignites discussion about DA Bragg’s prosecutorial discretion. His past performance, which includes well-known cases involving former President Donald Trump and Daniel Penny, feeds the flames. Bragg charged Trump with 34 felonies in April of last year for business fraud.

Opponents assert that rather than having a sincere commitment to justice, officials such as DA Bragg base their decisions on political agendas.
