Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has launched a lawsuit against pharmaceutical titan Pfizer, accusing the company of deceiving Kansas residents regarding the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine. The announcement was made during a press conference in Topeka, where Kobach was joined by Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen and Assistant Attorneys General Kaley Schrader and Melanie Jack.
