During a White House press briefing, Homan spelled it out — the free pass for sanctuary cities is over.
“When they cross the line of harboring and concealing, that’s a felony, and we got Pam Bondi now, who won’t hesitate to take action,” Homan said.
Federal law makes it clear: concealing or protecting illegal aliens from detection is a serious crime with heavy prison sentences.
When asked if these politicians should be prosecuted, Homan didn’t hesitate.
“Absolutely. And hold tight on that one because it’s coming.”
He added: “They can watch their communities get ravaged by illegal aliens. They can watch young women get raped and murdered. The Trump administration’s not going to stand for that.”
Homan isn’t just talking tough — he’s already targeting specific lawmakers. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently hosted a “Know Your Rights” session teaching illegal immigrants how to dodge ICE officers.
That move could land her in hot water. Homan has asked the DOJ to investigate whether her actions amount to obstruction of federal law. “Maybe AOC’s gonna be in trouble now,” he told Laura Ingraham.
Clearly rattled, AOC fired off a letter to Attorney General Bondi asking “whether my office or myself is actively under investigation.” That response speaks volumes about her concern.
Attorney General Bondi issued her own warning: “It doesn’t matter if you’re a judge, a member of Congress, or a protestor in Los Angeles. If you obstruct or assault a law enforcement officer, this Department of Justice will prosecute you.”
Homan backed her up with a clear threat: “Zero tolerance, I don’t care who you are… You impede ICE from doing their job — we will seek prosecution.”
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is also on board, vowing to pursue FBI agents who leaked details of ICE raids to the press, endangering officers’ lives.
For eight years under Obama and Biden, sanctuary cities defied immigration law without fear of consequences. That time is over.
“You’re going to see a lot of things happen in the next few months that people should expect,” Homan promised. “Many don’t but watch what comes in the near future.”
