In response to the information, Florida congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna has proposed a resolution that would remove Schiff from Congress.
“Resolved, That, pursuant to Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States, Representative Adam Schiff, be, and he hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives,” the resolution seeking Schiff’s expulsion from Luna reads.
In two remarks, Luna has accused Schiff of abusing his position to mislead the American people and support a scheme to rig the results of the 2016 presidential election.
“Schiff lied to the American people. He used his position on House Intel to push a lie that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars. He is a dishonor to the House of Representatives,” Luna stated.
“Knowingly using your position on House Intel to push a lie that ripped apart our country, cost taxpayers millions of dollars, and authorized spying on a US President and then proceeding to double down on the lie within days of the Durham report coming out makes you unfit for office. Ethics should investigate,” Luna added.
The purported Russian collusion conspiracy was a calculated attempt to undermine the American government.
Everything was founded on a falsehood.
