The 2024 election will be dominated by legal proceedings and criminal charges.
Prepare yourselves for the arrival of another significant case!
Secret government manifestation pill 💊?
The Republican Party is dealing with an astonishing legal case, so upheaval in the 2024 race is to be expected.
Republican presidential contender Larry Elder files a lawsuit against the Republican National Committee (RNC), disputing their claim that he did not comply with the standards for the first GOP debate.
Just now, the RNC lifted the bar! Candidates must have a minimum of 40,000 contributors, with at least 200 coming from each state, in order to be eligible for the next debate. Additionally, they must have 1% support in three national surveys, or 1% in two national polls and one early state poll. Do you feel up to the task?
Elder, a well-known host of a conservative African-American talk program, hit the donor milestone.
Our candidate received 1% support in important national surveys from the prestigious Trafalgar Group and Rasmussen, as well as a large Iowa poll – also done by Rasmussen – and qualified barely in time for the debate.
When the RNC revealed the participants in the debate, Elder was left off the list.
The RNC is being called out by Elder’s campaign for monopolizing the discussion and accepting illegal corporate funds.
WATCH: Church Leaders PRAYED you’d never see this…
“With the rumored goal of limiting the participants in the August 23, 2023, Republican presidential primary debate (the “Debate”), the RNC seized control over one of the most significant opportunities available to presidential primary candidates.
In doing so, the RNC solicited corporate contributions in violation of the Act’s rules,” the Elder campaign’s complaint read.
The Elder campaign criticizes the RNC for poll tampering and breaking the law.
“Instead, of ensuring adherence to pre-established objective criteria, the RNC read new terms into the criteria, adding a post-hoc definition of ‘national poll’ to mean a poll of every single state,” The complaint also claimed that the RNC had broken FECA’s “pre-established objective criteria” when staging debates.
The RNC claims that nothing is wrong. Campaigns were well-aware of the requirements for the debate stage.
“Criteria to qualify for the first debate was clearly presented to campaigns and RNC leadership and members of the debate committee were in constant communication with candidates and campaigns throughout the qualifying period,” Keith Schipper, a spokesperson for the RNC, added in an email to the Daily Caller “the RNC worked over two years to deliver a transparent and fair primary process.”
