Republican Office Rocked by DC Killing!

While lawmakers in Washington remain consumed with policy debates and political agendas, a heartbreaking tragedy quietly unfolded just blocks from Capitol Hill. A promising young conservative intern lost his life in a senseless act of violence that highlights the growing danger in America’s Democrat-led cities.

Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, only 21 years old and interning for Republican Congressman Ron Estes of Kansas, was fatally shot Monday night in the nation’s capital. The University of Massachusetts student, who had been working in Washington to gain real-world experience, was struck down in what authorities are calling a “targeted” attack — even though he wasn’t the target.

The Washington Post reported that the shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Multiple suspects reportedly jumped out of a car and opened fire indiscriminately, according to ABC News.

Tarpinian-Jachym was one of three people hit during the gunfire. The other victims included a woman and a 16-year-old boy. All three were rushed to nearby hospitals, but tragically, Tarpinian-Jachym succumbed to his injuries the following day.
