Outrage Explodes: CEO Admits 50% Quota at United Airlines!

The CEO of United Airlines, Scott Kirby, admits that the company has changed how it chooses highly qualified candidates to guarantee the security of passengers on commercial flights.

Rather, Kirby claims, “We have committed that 50% of the classes will be women or people of color,” rather than the most competent people they can locate.

When making decisions, why put skin color or gender ahead of competence and safety?

In the aviation sector, anti-White sentiment is becoming increasingly prevalent.

As per a recent story by The Gateway Pundit, Delta Airlines has come under fire for instructing its staff to capitalize the terms “Black” and “Brown” while discussing racial issues, but not the word “White.”

Regarding adherence to this writing structure, United Airlines’ recruiting standards are still unclear. Nonetheless, the CEO of United enthusiastically supports biased hiring procedures.

John Kirby has clearly said that he wants to see 50% of women and people of color represented in his company. He has also acknowledged the importance of diversity and inclusion and has refrained from using the word “quota.”

KIRBY: Um… That’s correct. But, you know, in corporate America, I think, you know…

INTERVIEWER: That’s a low bar. How do you raise your own bar?

KIRBY: Well, a lot of this is, you know, focusing on it. We have programs to one of the things we do is for every job when we’re doing an interview, we require women and people of color to be involved in the interview process, bringing people in early in their careers, as well, and giving them those opportunities and creating a stronger bench.

Popular X financial account Wall Street Silver issued a warning to users not to travel with any airline that prioritizes fulfilling DEI criteria over safety:

“At this point, I think people really need to think twice about flying on United. The top priority of any airline on 100% of their hiring, especially pilots and mechanics, needs to be safety. Anyone who thinks DEI (racism) should play any role in hiring, that person needs to be removed from the process. The board of directors should terminate the CEO immediately and focus on safety, and only safety.”
