Fox Business anchor Jackie DeAngelis has filed a lawsuit against Whole Foods, alleging that a 2023 dog attack inside one of the supermarket chain’s Manhattan locations left her with lasting injuries, significant scarring and diminished use of her hand.
DeAngelis, 46, says she was simply shopping when a dog identified in the lawsuit as a black pit bull allegedly attacked her inside the Whole Foods store at 10 Columbus Circle in September 2023.
The television personality claims the incident was preventable and argues that Whole Foods failed to properly enforce its own restrictions on animals inside the grocery store.
