Obama’s DOJ Caught Blocking Clinton Investigation

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Court filings showed that foundation donors were given special access to State Department officials and policy decisions while Clinton served as Secretary of State. U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth even described her secretive communications as “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

According to Solomon, the FBI quietly operated a full-fledged criminal investigation in New York, Washington, D.C., and Little Rock, probing whether Clinton sold political influence in exchange for massive foreign and domestic donations to the foundation. Agents reportedly had credible evidence that deep-pocketed donors — including foreign nationals — purchased meetings, policy favors, and access to U.S. government officials during her tenure.

But the Obama DOJ’s upper echelon appeared determined to stop the case in its tracks. Then–FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, whose wife’s state senate campaign received hefty financial backing from a Clinton ally, allegedly ordered agents that no investigative steps could be taken without his personal sign-off.

The investigation hit a wall when FBI field offices requested assistance from four separate U.S. Attorneys’ offices. Shockingly, Solomon reports that three of the four flatly refused to issue subpoenas, convene grand juries, or aid in gathering evidence — an almost unheard-of stonewalling in a federal criminal probe.

The most incriminating evidence, Solomon says, is the document Patel obtained: a direct order from Deputy AG Sally Yates to “shut it down” — an unmistakable reference to the Clinton Foundation investigation. That single instruction effectively granted the Clintons immunity from further scrutiny during the critical months of the 2016 presidential election.

Solomon further revealed that “several prosecutors have now stepped forward and are willing to cooperate with Congress and Trump-aligned investigators.” Patel has indicated that additional emails from Obama-era officials — potentially even more explosive — will soon be turned over to lawmakers.

“Tonight, we’re going to tell you about the other Clinton investigation — one that was running in three separate FBI offices: New York, Washington, and Little Rock… It was a predicated criminal investigation… Every time they tried to move the ball down the road… they got shut down at the highest levels,” Solomon said.

He described McCabe’s conflict of interest and recounted how, after the FBI was denied prosecutorial support in three different jurisdictions, the ultimate command from Yates was clear: shut it down.

This revelation adds to a growing perception that the Obama DOJ acted not as a neutral arbiter of justice, but as a political shield for prominent Democrats. Solomon warned that what we’re seeing is “a protection racket around Democrats like Hillary Clinton and the Biden family.”

That perception was only reinforced when, in August 2021, the Biden Justice Department quietly closed the Clinton Foundation case altogether. “In August 2021, the F.B.I. received what is known as a declination memo from prosecutors and as a result considered the matter closed,” The New York Times reported. The result? Every shred of potential evidence — gone.

With whistleblowers now speaking out, Patel promising more document releases, and Congress circling, this story may be far from over. But the question remains: Will anyone finally be held accountable for shutting down what could have been the most consequential corruption case in modern political history?
