“Well, thankfully, a grand jury has been reported, convened at the direction of Attorney General Pam Bondi,” Davis told Beck.
Davis went on to suggest that if the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was linked to covering up the Russia hoax, those responsible could face charges without the protection of expired statutes of limitations.
“If the raid against Mar-a-Lago against Trump was done as part of a scheme to cover up their previous conspiracy with the Russia collusion hoax, they’re not going to be saved by a five year statute of limitations that might have expired in 2021 or 2022,” Davis stated.
That possibility changes the legal playing field entirely. Instead of being a long-closed chapter, the Russia collusion plot could be treated as an ongoing criminal enterprise — one that extended throughout Trump’s presidency and beyond.
Davis contrasted the Biden DOJ’s approach with the way Trump was targeted.
“What the previous admin did is they found someone they didn’t like and then they cooked up crimes which had no basis,” Davis explained. “And they tried to ruin people’s lives over stuff that was nonexistent. So what they did to Trump, I think what the current AG and the current DOJ are trying to do is they’re looking at all the documents. They’re looking at every single shred of evidence they can find and to learn what story that tells them.”
According to Davis, the investigation will begin with a thorough review of records, followed by witness testimony, and finally direct questioning of the top figures involved.
And those “top figures” aren’t low-level operatives. They are the most powerful names in America’s intelligence community.
“We were held hostage by a completely corrupt intel and law enforcement state and a completely corrupt media for really nine years. This started in 2016,” Davis told Beck.
The list of targets Davis named reads like a who’s who of the Russia collusion saga: Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, and Peter Strzok.
“They’re going to bring in the Brennans and the Comeys and the Clappers and the Strzoks. And they’re going to start asking them some very serious pointed questions,” Davis revealed.
Davis noted that Hillary Clinton bankrolled the infamous dossier and deployed her allies to smear Trump as a Kremlin asset for years — only to now attempt to rewrite the past.
“What they are now claiming is, hey, all that stuff that we subjected to you, you two, for years, all the stuff that we said, that never happened. Clinton never had a plan to smear Trump as a Russian agent,” Davis stated. “And if you believe that, you’re a conspiracy theorist. This is the stuff of psychopaths and sociopaths. We lived through it. We watched them do it. And now they’re trying to tell us actually none of that ever happened.”
When asked about the potential legal fallout, Davis listed a range of serious charges.
“There’s obvious false statement charges if and when they’re brought in before a grand jury, they decide to not tell the truth,” Davis said.
But he made clear the accusations could go far beyond perjury.
“I think there are charges about conspiracy to deprive people of civil rights under color of law. That was what was done to Carter Page. It was done to Trump,” Davis continued.
Perhaps most damaging, Davis pointed to a possible conspiracy to defraud the United States government.
“I think they are very seriously looking at whether top Intel officials and law enforcement officials were running a fraudulent conspiracy against the U.S.,” Davis stated. “And those guys, they better lawyer up because they all know what they did and we all know what they did. And the time for justice is coming.”
After nearly a decade of stonewalling and denials, the American people may finally see accountability for one of the most brazen political scandals in modern history.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has the evidence, the legal authority, and a grand jury ready to pursue the case.
If Davis is correct, the architects of the Russia hoax are about to learn a hard lesson — that justice delayed is not justice denied.
