A federal judge appointed by Obama has reinstated National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member Gwynne Wilcox after ruling that President Trump’s decision to fire her was unlawful. This ruling, issued by U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell, not only reinstates Wilcox but also includes a scathing critique of Trump’s actions, comparing him to a “king” or “dictator.”

Trump, who fired Wilcox and NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo in January, immediately faced backlash from pro-union advocates who called the move “unprecedented and illegal.” Wilcox, a staunch Biden ally and union supporter, vowed to fight back, stating she would explore “all legal avenues” to challenge her dismissal. Now, with Judge Howell’s ruling in her favor, she has been reinstated to her position.

In a 36-page opinion, Judge Howell slammed Trump’s decision, arguing that the president does not have absolute authority to remove members of the NLRB.
“A President who touts an image of himself as a ‘king’ or a ‘dictator,’ perhaps as his vision of effective leadership, fundamentally misapprehends the role under Article II of the U.S. Constitution,” Howell wrote, emphasizing that the president must act as a “conscientious custodian of the law.”

Anyone that was Obama or Biden appointed should be investigated. With all the mis-management of funds going out and being diverted to Democratic funded projects going into the billions. It all goes back to all the Democratic appointies put in office during their administration to further their illegal activities. That also goes for the judges too. I think a president has the right to removed anyone from office if it interferes with the stealing of funds from office. As long a we even have anything left over from the swamp in any kind of position, this will continue to go on.
