There are new allegations indicating that $10,000 debit cards would be provided to undocumented immigrants upon their arrival in New York City. This is really ridiculous.
Is it any surprise that so many of these people wish to visit New York City? They already receive complimentary food and accommodations. For what reason may they require $10,000 each month?

According to The New York Post:
Inside Mayor Adams’ migrant debit card scam: border crossers may receive up to $10,000 apiece, and a no-bid bank receives $50 million
As they say, it takes money to earn money. Apparently, it also takes money to give money out, up to $53 million.
The Post first reported earlier this month that Mayor Adams is providing pre-paid cash cards to immigrants.
Adams, unusually for a mayor, chose not to personally promote this topic, and his administration has been unable to dispel many myths about it from the public for almost a month.
One myth is that the program only permits the city to provide $50 million in subsidies to immigrants.
It makes sense why the mayor has remained quiet.
If you read the real contract, this debit card scheme has the potential to turn into an unrestricted, multi-billion dollar Bermuda Triangle of currency that can be used for anything and disappears without a trace.
Up to $10,000 in public funds will be awarded to each immigrant, with no limitations, no ID checks, and no fraud control.

Complete madness.
