For Cincinnati Bengals rookie Landon Robinson, the decision was much easier.
When the former Navy defensive lineman arrived at Paycor Stadium for his first NFL game on September 13, he wasn’t wearing the designer suit or flashy outfit typically associated with rookie arrivals. He walked into the stadium wearing Navy Service Dress Blue — complete with the blue jacket, white trousers and white combination cover.
The choice wasn’t simply about making a fashion statement.
