New Law: Ten Commandments in All Red State Classrooms!

In an unprecedented move, Louisiana has become the first state to require that the Ten Commandments be displayed in every public school classroom. This landmark decision was sealed when Republican Governor Jeff Landry signed the bill into law this Wednesday.

The legislative journey concluded after the state House of Representatives passed House Bill 71 with a decisive 79-16 vote on Tuesday. The bill, which faced opposition solely from Democratic members, was swiftly dispatched to Governor Landry’s desk for final approval.
