During a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee, Representative Troy Nehls (R-TX) RIPPED US Attorney General Merrick Garland to “examine how the Justice Department has become politicized and weaponized under the leadership of Attorney General Merrick Garland.”
Our constitutional rights are being gradually destroyed by the most corrupt attorney general in US history.
Garland is forced to see the video of Joe Biden bragging about pressing Ukraine to oust Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general looking into Burisma and Hunter Biden, by Rep. Nehls, who confronts Garland.

Viktor Shokin
After Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine, Viktor Shokin was fired a month later.
In order to get Ukraine to fire Viktor Shokin, Joe Biden offered the country a $1 billion bribe.
“I looked at him and I said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.

According to Devon Archer’s testimony before Congress, Burisma executives Hunter Biden, Mykola Zlochevsky, and Vadym Pozharski banded together to contact Washington and arrange Viktor Shokin’s termination.
Joe Biden wasted little time in starting. Days afterwards, he pushed Ukraine’s government to fire Viktor Shokin without hesitation.

Take a look at the disturbing footage of Joe Biden confessing out loud to urging Ukraine to fire Viktor Shokin. The indisputable proof provided by Rep. Nehls will leave you stunned.
“Play the clip!” Before Merrick Garland had an opportunity to object to the trade-off, Nehls yelled.
“Pay attention, sir!” As Garland aired the Joe Biden “quid pro quo” video, Nehls yelled at him.
“Mr. Attorney General, what you just saw was Joe Biden, in his arrogance and his role as the Vice President…saying if you don’t fire Shokin, the United States is not giving the $1 billion loan. Why would Joe Biden say that?” Nehls said. “Was it policy? Was it our policy at the time? Yes, or no?”
“It wasn’t,” Nehls yelled before Merrick Garland could even respond.
Rep. Nadler’s effort to speak was quickly cut off by Nehls, who sternly told him to “pipe down!”
Nehls continued, “Joe Biden threatened the Ukrainian President and Prime Minister – to fire Shokin – if that is not quid pro quo, sir, what is? – It’s bribery, and it’s impeachable. Are you gonna do something about it?”
Nehls interrupted Merrick Garland once again before he could respond.
“I bet not, which is why you, sir, also need to be impeached!”
