Reputable criminal defense attorneys Amanda R. Clark Palmer and Donald F. Samuel have suddenly filed a move to withdraw from the very heated Favorito v. Wan case, in an unexpected change of events. Suzi Voyles, the poll manager for Fulton County, made an odd but perplexing finding last November while going over a stack of mail-in ballots: a remarkable similarity between a large number of votes in support of Joe Biden.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” stated Voyles. She said that in her twenty years of observing elections in Fulton County, she had never seen anything comparable.
The 110 ballots in the stack, which had been dubbed “State Farm Arena,” were all marked for Biden and seemed to be “identical ballots,” with the exception of three.

Observation! Using Open Records Requests (ORRs), VoterGA, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving election integrity, has received certification from 56 counties. According to these demands, a sizable or all of the pictures utilized in the tabulation of results are automatically produced by the state’s voting machine system.
Federal and state regulations require the preservation of voter photographs, which are essential for election records. The federal government and the state governments have 22 and 24 months, respectively, to retain these photos.
“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots,” declared Garland Favorito, a certified poll watcher and the case’s principal petitioner.

Through Open Records Requests (ORRs) the organization acquired, 56 counties certified that they had either deleted all or most of the photographs produced by the voting machine system for tabulating results.
“At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals,” as stated by the nonprofit organization VoterGA.
The stories were neither refuted nor verified by the Associated Press in a “fact check.” They did, however, reject the idea that the lack of ballot pictures “proved” voting fraud.
While they might not “prove” voting fraud, they do demonstrate that there are good reasons for people to be skeptical of the outcome of the election.
Voters in Georgia and the general public in America should be able to trust election authorities to protect our democratic process and they should do so with openness.
