After years of quietly advocating for action, Melania emerged as the moral backbone behind a new law that imposes criminal penalties for digital predators who use technology to humiliate, blackmail, or destroy lives. And unlike past attempts — including a 2022 measure signed by President Biden that left victims without adequate enforcement — this law has real teeth.
