The latest hoax stems from Trump’s bold plan to end the war in Ukraine. His strategy is simple: recognize the current reality on the ground and push for a settlement that prevents further bloodshed. The plan acknowledges that Ukraine will likely have to cede some territory to Russia to achieve peace. It also includes blocking Ukraine from NATO membership and removing any U.S. security guarantees that could drag America into another war.
Trump’s focus on de-escalation, however, doesn’t sit well with the war-hungry media establishment. And Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky isn’t helping either.
During a recent visit to the Oval Office, Zelensky arrived under the pretense of signing a rare earth minerals agreement. Instead, he used the opportunity to lecture President Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance, demanding even more American support for Ukraine.
Trump wasn’t impressed. In response, he paused military aid and cut off access to U.S. intelligence, sending a clear message that America will not be bullied into endless war.
The Washington Post, eager to push the “Trump is pro-Russia” narrative, pressed Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth with loaded questions. Hegseth didn’t hold back.
“To the previous question from the Washington Post, the press is interested in narratives. Our president is interested in peace. So we will get characterized one way or another, oh your stance is pro-Russia or pro the—it’s all garbage,” Hegseth declared.
Hegseth made it clear that President Trump is solely focused on achieving peace and ending the senseless bloodshed.

“The president got elected to bring peace in this conflict and he is working with both sides in a way that only President Trump can, let’s be clear, only President Trump can to bring them to the table to end the killing. Despite Trump’s commitment to ending the war, Zelensky remains an obstacle. He recently released a video appearing to reject negotiations entirely, further complicating the peace process.
The media’s portrayal of Trump’s actions as “pro-Russia” is nothing but a desperate smear. Trump isn’t siding with Putin—he’s siding with peace. And as usual, the left-wing press can’t stand it.
