In an appearance with Fox News on Thursday, Comer stated: “Look, Christopher Wray has no control over the FBI,” relating to claims that they aren’t looking into. “This is an organization in disarray. No one has confidence in leadership at the top. You have bureaucrats, deep state bureaucrats, who are running the show.”

Comer criticizes the FBI for allegedly favoring the attack on Donald Trump over any possible wrongdoing by President Biden. The Representative draws attention to the fact that certain Bureau employees lean more politically than they do neutrally. According to Comer, the fact that nothing has been done to punish Biden may be related to the belief that the President is easily “controlled.”
However, Comer was clear that his primary concern was “following the money,” and he expressed the hope that further inquiries would reveal more significant sums moved from foreigners to the Biden family. “This is going to be hard for Joe Biden to explain, and it’s not going to go away,” Comer warned.
