Extensive investigations have exposed severe irregularities in the election process. Video evidence suggests that machine failures affecting tens of thousands of voters were the result of intentional misconduct. Improperly configured tabulators, incorrect printer settings, and mismatched ballot paper sizes led to widespread failures at polling locations, precisely on the day Republican voters turned out in large numbers to support their candidates.
Maricopa County conducted unauthorized machine testing after altering tabulator configurations in violation of election laws. This last-minute testing was neither documented nor conducted with proper security measures. Footage from October 14, 2022, captured tabulators jamming while being tested, foreshadowing the chaos that would unfold on Election Day.
Due to these last-minute changes, “at least 8,000 misconfigured ballots were printed at 127 voting centers,” and logs show that vote center tabulators recorded over 7,000 rejections every 30 minutes from early morning until polls closed. These figures, derived from Maricopa County’s own system data, were presented by We The People AZ Alliance during an Arizona Senate hearing in 2023. Shockingly, tabulators reportedly rejected ballots nearly 250,000 times.
Then-Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who was running for governor at the time, refused to recuse herself from election oversight duties despite bipartisan calls to do so. Her office was legally responsible for ensuring the integrity of the process, including overseeing Maricopa County’s unauthorized tabulator testing.
When confronted about these election issues, Hobbs dodged questions and responded with an expletive before leaving abruptly.
Further scrutiny has been placed on the state’s signature verification process for mail-in ballots. During Kari Lake’s 2023 trial, it was revealed that approximately 274,000 ballot signatures were compared and approved in less than three seconds each. Lake’s attorney, Kurt Olsen, presented evidence in court that “eleven of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating.” Maricopa County’s own log data supports these findings, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the verification process.

A review of ballot signatures conducted by The Gateway Pundit further confirmed that Maricopa County failed to properly verify signatures, casting even more doubt on the election results.
Now, additional evidence of negligence or intentional wrongdoing by Maricopa County election officials has surfaced. GOP activist and EZAZ founder Merissa Hamilton revealed that officials were explicitly warned in 2022 about vulnerabilities related to ballot paper sizes, printer settings, and ink. Despite this, no corrective action was taken.
Emails obtained through a public records request show that former Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Mickie Niland raised concerns on October 31, 2022, stating, “I’m feeling worried about sufficient paper and sufficient ink on election day,” citing prior issues during the primary election and asking election officials, “are you ready?”
On November 1—just one week before the election—Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett assured Niland, “We’ve been monitoring turnout and are prepared. We have plenty of ballot paper and normal 8 x 11-inch paper to print control slips. We also have sufficient toner and printer drums.”
Contrary to these assurances, Maricopa County later blamed paper shortages, toner malfunctions, and printer failures for the Election Day fiasco.
“Maricopa County knew in advance their Election Day plan was set up for failure, and THEY LET IT FAIL!” Hamilton declared on X (formerly Twitter). Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk amplified her post, adding exclamation marks in response.
Reacting to these findings, former Trump-endorsed Attorney General candidate and current U.S. Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) stated, “I won’t forget what the corrupt cabal did to the people of Arizona.”
With these revelations, many are left wondering—if such misconduct occurred in 2022, what underhanded tactics could be in store for 2026?
