Carlos Gavidia, who posted a video of the encounter on his Facebook page, revealed how true Trump supporters quickly exposed the infiltrators and gave them a taste of their own medicine. When the boat got too close to the main event, another Trump-supporting boat intervened, dousing the agitators with water—both literally and figuratively.

Footage shows the agitators being soaked by a water cannon from a real Trump supporter’s boat, much to the delight of the crowd. The infiltrators, clearly humiliated, were later detained by the Palm Beach police to ensure they could not further disrupt the event.
Adding another layer to the story, conservative journalist Laura Loomer provided more evidence that this was a deliberate attempt to smear Trump supporters. She identified the owner of the boat as Dylan Thomas Ammeson, an individual reportedly known for handing out Nazi flags in the past. Loomer emphasized that Ammeson is not a Republican, highlighting the fact that this was a left-wing stunt designed to deceive the public.
