A biological male entered the women’s locker room, standing and staring at Hyman while she was naked.¹
“Today I was naked in the locker room. I turned around, and there was a man there. Boy clothes, lip gloss, standing there looking at me, and I’m butt naked,” Hyman shared in a social media video.²
When she asked why he was there, he claimed, “I am a woman and have a right to be in here.”³
Despite multiple complaints from women about this individual’s behavior, gym staff did nothing. Later, the person followed Hyman into the locker room and called her a profane name.⁴
Hyman fled, screaming about men invading women’s spaces. Police were eventually called, and the man was escorted out. But in a shocking twist, Gold’s Gym permanently revoked Hyman’s membership for defending herself and other women.
Taking on California’s Most Radical Transgender Legislator
Hyman refused to stay silent after what she described as an assault on women’s safety. The 43-year-old singer from The Bronx took her fight directly to California State Senator Scott Wiener, a leading architect of radical transgender legislation.
Wiener authored the “Transgender State of Refuge” law, which shields gender-transition policies from other states and expands protections for so-called gender-affirming care.⁵ He has also pushed to seal court records related to gender transitions and block healthcare providers from complying with subpoenas regarding transgender medical treatment.⁶
During a November meeting in San Francisco, Hyman confronted Wiener about allowing biological men into women’s spaces.
“As a lesbian woman who was attacked in the women’s locker room at Gold’s Gym this week by a self-identifying trans woman with a documented history of domestic violence, I’m deeply concerned about women’s safety in female-only spaces,” Hyman told Wiener.⁷
“What would you say to women who are seeking assurance that their safety will be protected from men, who, by California law, can self-identify as women in women-only spaces. Sir, please tell me,” she added.⁸
Wiener gave the standard talking points, dismissing her concerns. “We want everyone to be safe. And we also know that we have trans people, both men and women — who are men and women,” he replied.⁹
Progressives in the room shouted, “trans women are women,” but Hyman refused to back down.
Hyman’s Message Sends Shockwaves
Appearing on TalkTV, Hyman explained why she refuses to stay silent, even under pressure from the radical Left.
“Let me make this plain: women deserve boundaries. Period. We deserve safety, privacy, and respect. And I’m not going to sit quietly while those rights are rewritten or dismissed,” she said.¹⁰
Hyman drew a clear line between the transgender movement and the true civil rights struggle.
“It’s just like they’re using civil rights as a mask. And Black blood was not spilled for this. Black blood was spilled for civil rights — not to be used as a mockery or a shield for policies that erase women’s voices,” she said.¹¹
“Our mothers and grandmothers marched so we could speak, not to be silenced. So I will not be silent. And I don’t think any woman should be,” she added.¹²
Then came the moment that set the radical Left off completely.
“Stop calling them ‘trans women.’ They are not women, they are men,” Hyman declared.¹³
She continued, “We need to take away the civil rights and give them the same rights as any other men. They’re just men. Some men wear dresses, and that’s OK. They’re not in any danger. Nothing to see here. It needs to stop.”¹⁴
“The sooner we stop programming ourselves to be women when they have nothing to do with women, the sooner we can see them for what they are: men in dresses,” she added.¹⁵
The Radical Left’s Nightmare
This is the scenario Democrats fear most — members of their own supposed “reliable” voting blocs openly challenging radical gender ideology.
A Black lesbian from New York, now living in California, just told millions of viewers that biological men posing as women are still men.
Democrats built their transgender agenda on compelling Americans to accept false narratives. Hyman called those narratives out on a national stage — and now the radical Left is scrambling to silence her before more women follow her lead.
