Leaked Details: How Biden Got His Granddaughter Into a Prestigious University

According to a story from the Washington Free Beacon, President Biden once used his connections to help his niece, Hunter Biden’s daughter Maisy, get accepted to the very competitive University of Pennsylvania. In the aftermath of last week’s Supreme Court decision that severely restricted racial-based college admissions criteria, President Biden promised to look into how “practices like legacy admissions … expand privilege instead of opportunity.”

In order to help his daughter be accepted into an Ivy League university in 2018, Hunter Biden recruited the help of his father and many other Biden family members.

Maisy Biden’s primary choice was UPenn, despite the fact that her grades were considerably below the requirements of the institution, which has a 5% admittance rate. “I applied early decision to Penn today!!” On October 31, Maisy Biden texted Hunter Biden.

A few of weeks later, on December 13, 2018, Joe Biden texted his son to say he was “going to try to see [University of Pennsylvania] Pres GUTMANN tomorrow.” The senior Biden contacted Hunter once again two days later to report that he “had a great talk with Guttman.”

“Maisy still in the game for regular acceptance. But must do well in class this period. It’s real,” On December 15, Joe Biden wrote. “We should talk about tutors etc starting tomorrow.” he continued.

Hunter Biden would receive a call personally from Amy Gutmann, the university president, to update him on his daughter’s application progress, according to the senior Biden. “If I hear before 1pm on [March 29, 2019] I’ll call immediately so you can call Maisy,” Joe Biden wrote. “Let me know if there’s anything I can do on anything.”

The next day, Hunter Biden promised his daughter with assurance that she had a strong chance of being accepted to Penn. He underlined the need of maintaining good grades in her final year and advised her that it could be advantageous to indicate interest in playing lacrosse for the university.

“I also think it would help if you had lax coach talk to their lax coach. Bottom line is that Guttman [sic] made clear that in order for her to explain the 11th grade you had to show improvement in 12th,” Hunter wrote. “Which is something I think we would have all liked to know form [sic] the start, but in fairness we were much later in the app process than usual and made it look like we weren’t 100% about Penn.”

Joe Biden’s efforts were effective when Maisy Biden got admitted to the esteemed institution.

  1. Used polotics to help her get in. Does not have the grades or anything else so he used his influence for her. Head of University is now a diplomat in his cabinet. Talk about a crime if she gets in without everything in line it would be a crime in my opinion.
