The Biden administration opened the floodgates and rolled out the red carpet for illegal immigration. Instead of defending the interests of American citizens, the White House turned the U.S. into a worldwide welfare hub—doling out benefits like candy to anyone who showed up.

But now, one Trump official is putting a stop to one of the biggest immigration scams in modern history.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, under orders from President Trump, just axed the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for nationals from Honduras and Nicaragua—ending a decades-long charade that let tens of thousands remain in the U.S. under a program meant to be, well, temporary.

Over 76,000 individuals—most of whom have been living here since the late 1990s—will no longer be able to rely on a loophole originally designed for short-term humanitarian relief.
