In a bold move that’s shaking up the auto world, Stellantis—the parent company of Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT—is launching a sweeping overhaul of its connected vehicle technology. The new system, rolling out across the U.S. beginning in July 2025, simplifies and supercharges what drivers can expect from their vehicles.
Forget the maze of confusing subscriptions and scattered features. Stellantis is ditching the patchwork approach and streamlining everything into just two clearly defined service packages. This shift is aimed directly at improving the driving experience while giving drivers more control and bang for their buck.
And if you drive a Jeep, Dodge, Ram, or FIAT—this tech transformation is heading straight for your driveway. Chrysler and Alfa Romeo owners are next in line. For once, a massive corporate move is actually being shaped by consumer input.
“We’ve been listening to our customers and simplifying connected services to give them more value, more clarity and more control,” said Cristiani Campos, Senior Vice President of Stellantis’s Software Business Unit.
