Before the speech, Jesse Watters interviewed Kid Rock about the anticipated Democrat disruptions.
“So they really got the Democrats struggling and we are hearing there’s going to be some stunts tonight,” Watters said. “Anything you are thinking up that they could possibly do, any advice for them?”
Kid Rock wasted no time in calling out Democrat antics. He reminded everyone that similar stunts in the past—like Nancy Pelosi tearing up Trump’s 2020 State of the Union speech—did nothing to stop him from reclaiming the White House in 2024.
“Maybe just shut up, sit there, and learn something,” Kid Rock said. “I mean, how did that work when Nancy [Pelosi] did her little—tore up her little thing?”
The singer then turned his attention to radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar, who was among those planning to walk out in protest.
“Ilhan Omar’s gonna walk out? I mean, come on. Just collect your things from your office, put a basket on your head, and walk back to where you came from, that’s what I would say,” Kid Rock declared.
Omar followed through on her promise, walking out of Trump’s speech along with several other Democrats. But instead of making an impact, it only reinforced how out of touch they are with the American people.
Omar later bragged about her grand exit on social media.
“I will not sit through a circus of lies. So I walked out. That man is so deep in his own delusions he thinks gaslighting the country counts as governance,” Omar posted on X.
While Omar’s stunt was predictable, Rep. Al Green (D-TX) stole the show with an even more ridiculous display.

As Trump spoke, the 77-year-old Green stood up, shouted, and waved his cane in the air like an unhinged protester. House Speaker Mike Johnson wasted no time shutting down the embarrassment, ordering the House Sergeant at Arms to remove Green from the chamber.
The disruptions backfired spectacularly. CNN’s post-speech poll showed that 80% of viewers disapproved of the Democrat antics, proving that Americans are tired of their childish behavior.
Meanwhile, Trump emerged as the clear winner. A CBS poll revealed that 76% of viewers liked what they heard from the President—a massive blow to the Democrat narrative.
Once again, Democrats tried to undermine Trump, and once again, they failed. With the American people firmly behind him, Trump’s second term is shaping up to be just as dominant as the first.
