Ken Paxton Arrests Multiple Felons for Voter Fraud!

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced multiple arrests involving convicted felons accused of casting ballots while their voting rights remained suspended, as state investigators continue examining additional allegations of election-related offenses.

The arrests followed an investigation launched after a citizen reported suspected illegal voting activity in Harris County, raising renewed attention to Texas’ restrictions on voting by individuals serving felony sentences.

According to Paxton’s office, the investigation began on October 27, when a concerned citizen submitted information alleging that several individuals who were incarcerated, on parole, or on probation had participated in the 2026 election.

The tip reportedly included publicly available information identifying the individuals and supporting the allegations. Rather than relying solely on the initial report, investigators moved to examine voter registration records and determine whether the named individuals had actually cast ballots.
