Kash Patel SLAPS Mike Pence Advisor with Legal Notice!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“I worked with Kash in the White House,” Troye said. “I was Vice President Mike Pence’s counterterrorism advisor, so I had to coordinate with Kash a lot. Kash Patel is a delusional liar. Let me just be very clear about that. He would lie about intelligence. He would lie about making things up on operations. I think Mark Esper has talked about that as well, where he put the lives of Navy SEALs at risk in an operation when it came to Nigeria.”

Troye continued her assault, alleging that Patel openly disrespected national security personnel and voiced contempt for institutions like the Department of Justice and FBI. She warned that Patel’s leadership could result in “partisan investigations” that would harm the Bureau and its staff.

Patel’s legal team wasted no time in responding, sending Troye a pointed letter demanding a public retraction of her statements. The letter characterized her claims as “complete fabrications” and accused her of knowingly spreading falsehoods to damage Patel’s reputation for personal gain.

The letter reads:

“Litigation will be filed against you if you fail to publicly retract defamatory statements you made about Mr. Patel on MSNBC on December 2, 2024. At no point did Mr. Patel ever lie about national intelligence, place Navy SEALs at risk, or misinform the Vice President. Not only did you have actual knowledge of the falsity of this smear, but you also did so with the malicious intent of degrading his character and of cynical self-promotion.”

Patel’s attorneys also placed Troye on notice, instructing her to preserve all records related to her allegations, including emails, text messages, and other electronic data.

Rather than backing down, Troye amplified her attacks, sharing the legal letter online and framing it as evidence of Patel’s alleged authoritarian tendencies.

“Today, Kash Patel sent a letter to my counsel Mark Zaid—threatening legal action & demanding that I retract my comments on MSNBC about his unfitness to serve as FBI Director,” Troye wrote on social media. “This aligns with his threats against the media & political opponents, revealing how he might conduct himself if confirmed in the role. I stand by my statements—my priority remains the safety & security of the American people.”

The clash between Troye and Patel underscores the high stakes of Trump’s incoming administration, as allies and opponents gear up for battles over key nominations. Patel’s supporters argue that Troye’s accusations are part of a broader campaign to discredit Trump’s picks before they can take office, while critics point to her allegations as grounds for concern about Patel’s suitability for the role.

As legal and political fallout continues, the controversy surrounding Kash Patel’s nomination is likely to remain a focal point in the early days of Trump’s presidency. Whether Troye’s claims hold up under scrutiny—or backfire amid legal challenges—remains to be seen.
