During a fiery interview with CNN’s Dana Bash, Vance deftly navigated what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to corner him, turning the conversation on its head and shifting the focus to the glaring issues surrounding Kamala Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz.
Dana Bash, known for her aggressive interviewing style, opened the segment with a series of pointed questions aimed at Vance, focusing on comments he made years ago. However, she seemed to conveniently overlook the more pressing controversies involving the current Vice President and her running mate. Despite Bash’s efforts to put him on the defensive, Vance remained composed and took the opportunity to direct his criticism toward Harris and Walz, leaving Bash visibly frustrated.

Vance’s response was sharp and unwavering. “You’ve now asked me three questions on comments that I made three years ago,” Vance retorted. He then quickly redirected the conversation, questioning Harris’s record and intentions. “I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact that she supported policies that opened the American southern border. I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact she lied to the American people…” Vance’s line of questioning put Bash on notice, clearly indicating he wouldn’t be a passive participant in this interview.
